Seeing the positive impact that could be made by transforming a neglected house into a new home, we jumped at the opportunity to revitalize the Munn Woods neighborhood by replacing an abandoned home with something new. Being motivated by the modern and eclectic style of the neighborhood, we moved forward with bold design. After pursuing the lot for over a year, we took possession and completed construction in 6 months. We maximized efficiency in order to minimize square footage. We utilized daylight, captured views, and created in-between intimate spaces.
