Initial Meeting

The commercial building process starts with the initial client meeting. We discuss your needs, wants, budget, and timeline. We gather as much information as we can in order to ensure the project’s success and determine the next steps.

Preliminary Design

The next steps we take involve looking at the feasibility and scope of your project as well as begin working through relevant zoning and code requirements, cost estimates, and initial space programming. We will find areas for greater efficiency, streamline processes, and identify potential complications before the work begins.

Design Development

Throughout the design development our full service architecture team collaborates with you to develop each layer of the project. Avec Design Build will support your project for as many steps as needed, schematic design through construction documents and every milestone in between. We ensure every aspect of your project is thoroughly planned out, providing support through each necessary phase.

Build

Once the design is finalized, construction begins. Whether we perform the construction or work with your contractor, we won’t let up on our commitment to making sure every aspect of your project is completed well.
